What is Quality?

"Fitness for Purpose". We are now operating our manufacturing system to the BS EN ISO 9000 series quality manual as we recognise the need for quality assurance. The exercise in introducing the BS EN ISO 9000 series has resulted in greater efficiency in our control of materials from supplier to end user through a documented quality system which ensures that our products and services conform to specific requirements.

The effective implementation of our system is recognised as the responsibility of all our personnel during production and installation. "Quality is when the customer comes back, and the job doesn't".

Health & Safety

Metalbuild Limited is committed to:

• Protecting from accidental injury and illness, all persons who come into contact with its operations and products i.e. employees, customers and members of the public.
• Preventing accidental damage to its property and processes.
• Doing all that is reasonably practical to eliminate foreseeable hazards which could result in personal injury or illness, fire or explosion, damage to property and security losses.
• Compliance with its statutory requirements plus adoption of accepted good industrial practice.

Health and Safety means a safe healthy working environment. Health and Safety means good working practice by everybody, management and employees, as outlined in the Management of Health and Safety Work Regulations 1992. Health and Safety requires everybody, management and employees, to comply with their statutory duties as outlined in the Health and Safety at Work Act. Health and Safety means accident prevention.

Health and Safety means communication to customer and user on the safe working practices associated with our products. Our goal is to promote a safe working environment for employees at work, members of the public at large and users of our products.
